用modRewrite将php重写为html后，登录页面不再工作

首先我想说我是新来的，我需要一些htaccess的帮助。我写了一些mod_rewrite规则来重写用户配置文件，重写PHP文件到html，并重定向PHP到html，但现在我有login.php的问题。不允许我登录。我做错了什么?这是我的htaccess规则和login.php
