要确保在Apache/bin文件夹中生成了所有正确的SYMLINK，请执行以下操作。
使用wampmanager菜单点击Apache的版本号，强制wampmanager重新生成SYMLINK。
cURL使用libay32 .dll和ssleay32.dll，可能还没有为这两个库创建SYMLINKS。
wampmanager -> Apache -> Version -> Apache -> 2.4.9
