php表单提交，用于phpmailer使用jquery ajax发送邮件

我在这里读过很多答案，几乎每一个都试过了，但没有一个对我有帮助。问题是我想把联系人从data发送到phpmailer，phpmailer会发送邮件。我想用jquery ajax来实现。电子邮件进行得很顺利，但问题是我的表单重定向到了"操作"。我尝试过preventDefault（）；并返回false；但这对我没有帮助。

我想在成功提交表单后向用户显示消息。这是我使用引导程序的表单代码

每次提交表单时，我都会收到电子邮件，但它会进入操作页面，并在那里回复文本。我希望它在不重新加载的情况下提交，并向用户显示表单已提交，我应该将电子邮件发送到。

我也尝试过点击提交，但没有任何帮助，请告诉我我做错了。
