https上的php-soap-api调用不起作用

我在debian上安装了php soap服务器api，nginx作为apache的代理。Soap调用在http上运行良好，但在https 上运行不好

nginx配置如下

请告诉我我错过了什么。当我在本地使用php客户端并进行soap调用时，如果url是http，它会起作用，但如果url是https，它就不起作用我也没有看到任何有用的错误消息。
