注册表没有将数据提交到数据库Laravel 5.2中

我已经在我的销售点应用程序中安装了laravel身份验证（Scaffolding），注册表格运行良好，但我创建了一个管理中间件，并将/register限制为仅限管理员，当管理员登录时，我可以从我的管理面板获得视图，但当我提交数据时，它不会向数据库发送任何信息。
