使用多部分/表单数据上传卷曲文件

我在使用curl上传文件时遇到问题。我想在视频托管网站上传我的服务器文件。脚本需要Content-type: multipart/form-data和Content-type: video/mp4，但我不知道怎么做。上传后文件有content type application/octet-stream。
