Apache(XAMPP)在高负载时不响应

我的计算机有8核和16gb RAM，在高流量的情况下，当RAM达到3GB时，我的web服务器(apache - xampp)无法访问。我的CPU只使用了20%。我需要重新启动web服务器。

我把它设置在php.ini

max_execution_time=60
memory_limit=10128M

有任何建议来优化我的服务器，使我的服务器可以服务，直到RAM/CPU使用到它的限制?
