mp4从PHP -不播放HTML5视频标签

我使用php文件播放，像这样:

当我直接在浏览器中检查它们时，所有.php文件都播放得很好。但是上面所有.php作为源文件的设置将无法运行。如果我给一个直接的。mp4源，它会播放好。
