PHP表单邮件和注册全局变量

我有一个表单和php处理文件，一切似乎都很好，除了用户输入的变量没有显示在电子邮件表单结果中。从我所做的研究(我是PHP初学者)，我猜这是因为我的脚本使用HTTP_POST_VARS和我的客户端的服务器有全局关闭?他们最近从Godaddy Windows主机切换到Godaddy Linux主机。

编辑:我测试了另一个服务器(与全局)，和形式工作得很好，但我不知道如何重写我的脚本，使它不依赖于POST?
