自定义过帐类型-类别添加按钮不起作用

我创建了一个自定义的帖子类型，以及该帖子类型的自定义分类法。一切似乎都在运转。。。除了当我去创建一个新的帖子时，如果我点击"+添加新类别"，它会更改URL，但什么都没发生。所有其他JS按钮都能工作，它在普通帖子上也能正常工作。。不知道它为什么这么做。下面是我使用functions.php文件的代码。
