带有特殊字符的PHP XML UTF-8引发错误

我在从DHL API接收UTF-8 XML文件时遇到一些问题。只要我不按这种方式发送任何特殊字符，比如śoró，一切都很好，但有了这些字符，我的应用程序在尝试加载从DHL收到的XML文件时崩溃，给我带来了错误：

E：删除utf8_decode没有多大帮助。只是一个新错误：
