Ajax联系表单未在电子邮件中发送“消息”字段

我已经设置了我的表单，但我不确定为什么发送和接收电子邮件，但不包括"消息"字段。

我尝试更改ID并测试不同的选项，但它似乎没有发送消息

不久前，我在另一个网站上遇到了这个问题，但我能够修复它，我不记得如何解决。
