如何在jQuery模式确认对话框之后提交表单

此脚本在提交表单之前打开一个jQuery对话框/模态以请求验证，但是当用户单击模态窗口中的"提交"按钮时，没有任何反应。Firebug显示问题出在包含"document.leaveReq.submit（）;"的行上。我对jQuery和javascript很陌生，并且已经为此苦苦挣扎了几天。非常感谢这里的任何帮助。
