我声称您也启用了mod_security。查看error.log。它会告诉你确切的错误情况。（将错误消息添加到您的问题中！）
?link=参数在CGI环境中不是一个重要名称。但是，它可能会被mod_security核心规则列入黑名单。（以前也遇到过同样的URL阻塞问题。）
