联系表格未发送电子邮件(引导程序）

我已经用Bootstrap创建了我的第一个网站，但我的联系表格有问题，因为它实际上并没有将电子邮件发送到我的电子邮件地址。

我不确定发生了什么，因为我已经包括了我的电子邮件地址，并指定它需要发送到它。
