PHP cURL - HTTP Code 0

我看了之前关于cURL和HTTP代码0的帖子，但是它们没有帮助。

我可以用下面的脚本从localhost卷曲到www.bambooping.com -即test_curl.php在localhost上调用test_curl2.php在bambooping.com上。但是，如果我在bambooping.com上运行它，我得到HTTP代码0。(我知道在同一台主机上调用这个是愚蠢的-它只是为了隔离问题。)

在bambooping.com上safe_mode没有设置，并且curl被编译在(即，应该是，因为我可以curl in)。这是非常奇怪的-调用主机正在阻止cURL。为什么用cURL调用会这样失败，而用cURL调用同一个主机却可以呢?
